Turning 55 this year. White Man that grew up in a better time than this, but Together "WE" can make times Great Again! I love what Burden is putting down because many of his songs tell the stories that most of us are living. Remember that it took decades for one political side to infest our Nation...and we can't fix it over night, but it's Coming! Love to ALL Americans and a Massive Thanks to Burden!

Wow. Sitting here speechless with tears down my face. I’m blessed to have just discovered your music. You’re so talented! Let me say this: I’m 48 and was a teen in the 90s when legends like Tupac, Ice Cube & Biggie made their mark. They did so because they didn’t just focus on the superficial. Their music meant something and that’s why it has endured. It’s why I still listen to it today. You remind me of them. Brave yet vulnerable. I can’t wait to see what you accomplish!

I've listen to this.at least a hundred times because it exactly how a lot of us feel. Maybe not with murder, but with something that got us lost and out of touch with our mom's even though we only meant the best for them especially since we never knew our bio dads.. my mom's did the best on her own. With 4 of us. And all I wanted was to make a life for us. I ended up in prison for the better part of my 20s. But it's real. You can't look at someone and assume NOTHIN! All love to everyone. Get real. Be real. Live real. And you will die real. For real. Pieces.

So many people inside need music like yours to lean on and help do their bit. You're the realest and love all your music. You've been on constant repeat since I came home in February. I just heard this song last night for the first time. You know I became a fan this year my daughter's birthday was Easter Sunday April 4th and I saw a video where burden was saying his birthday was on easter. I watched his video with the people and instantly became a fan. Yes even old people listen to rap! But this one made me cry which isn't that easy to do. That could have happened to anyone and it's heartbreaking to know that you had to lose a best friend and then you had to go to prison for it. I personally would never have been able to find you guilty because I think you had your own hell that you had to live in there's nothing prison was going to be able to do to you that you weren't going to be able to do to yourself in your own head. But I'll love this message of not letting your past define your future. That's realest shit I've ever heard!
