What if you in case. Tenant landlord case. And in this case. You have the plaintiff and the defendant lawyer. Want to settle. But the lawyer's client at hand. Is becoming a stalemate. Cause they not trying to settle. The lawyer said. He gonna meet with them again. To try and see if they settle. Cause he doesn't wanna go the distance. Cause it's pointless in this case. If somebody makes a complaint against you why don't you just rescind it to the "status quo ante",? Complaints are only offers of contracts and any contract can be cancel within 3 days that's contract law is it not? That's the difference between complaints and claims, complaints can be rescinded as they're just offers, and only made by legal fictions. Whereas only Man/Woman can make claims, and once heard in open court when both parties are present are closed sealed forever. Hi Steve, I want to sue a smog shop who sabotage my vehicle to fail the smog test hoping I would let them do the diag. and repair of the vehicle in my option. I file a complaint to the B.A.R. SHOW them my evidence. they went and talk to the guy and he adamantly denied doing any thing. so they closed the case and said I could try and sue them in civil court. so scents, it's my word against his word. Could I pay for a polygraph test just put into evidence that I'm telling the truth that i didn't do anything that would cause it to fail the smog test or doing anything to incriminate the defendant by tampering with the evidence. would A calif. civil court judge allow my Polygraph test ? I hope I said this right.

I am the defendent in an ex parte emergency custody order that was based on the absent, unsupporting biological father's perjury. The judge did not require any evidence of him but required me to submit evidence in a short period of time, even though I'm self represented. The judge thinks he has this discretion, even in a context where he silenced and excluded me. There's so much corruption. At the end of the day, the judge is immune and the people are exploited. I think because ex parte's are temporary, they think the accuser doesnt need evidence. . .? But the child is still impacted when separated from their primary attachment figure and sole caretaker and provider without any accusation of abuse or neglect. So much corruption

This does not apply in family court. The way it works in family court is like this. Court, “Who here has the vagina?” The woman, “I do your honor.” Court. And you are the plaintiff correct?” Woman, “yes your honor.” Court, “Who here has the penis?” Man, “I do your honor.” Court, “and you are the defendant correct?” Man, “yes your honor.” Court, “In the best interest of justice and by my own bias, (cough cough), Reporter strike my last statement, I mean by the laws of this great state I rule for the Plaintiff in this matter without prejudice and also order an ofp, the house, the kids, the car, and the bank account to the plaintiff as well. My local CERT team won't let me be involved because I'm legally blind, and keep being rude to me. I arranged for a sit-down with them at a local place and they verbally assaulted me 8 to 1. Accused me of not being blind, suggested I was gaming the system, etc. I was diagnosed with glaucoma at age 10. I just want to be treated fairly. They keep trying to convince me they can make the rules because they're operating under a legal entity. Seems to me I should be able to sue that legal entity. Tired of being treated badly. I don't want money. I just want to be afforded the opportunity to be involved. As it is, they say someone has to drive in from 12 miles away to let me into my own community's CERT conex. I live just down the street, but they won't let me have a key. Cert is under FEMA, and I don't think any of these people can treat me like this. They're all former "volunteer deputies" and just make up random rules for the community to follow. I want my community to have access to that equipment. The idea that we have to wait for one guy to drive 12 miles, or an 80 year old guy to drive 4...living ON TOP of the san andreas fault line, to get access to our community rescue supplies... because no one will trust me (or anyone else) to have access to the container is ridiculous. I'm not even convinced anything is left in the conex anymore. But that people can treat me like that to my face, because of a disability I have no control over is disgusting.

I wonder if anyone can help me. I've been going through some serious financial hardship to put it mildly. I've Neve been serve but was told by a friend to check for any judgments. I Din't find any judgments on my Credit Report. But when I went to the NYcourt website I found 2 old cases. ( Different cases) and different law firms. (The filling date) on both cases was on the same year 2011 but both different months. Fast forward to 2017 Both cases say (Disposed). And on both the (Disposition Date) and the (Disposition Year) is the same. Btw, I just found all this out a few days ago 2019, I don't know what all this means. Thank you.

I had a case against me for alleged damages and excess mileage on a leased vehicle In NY. I argued that the Plaintiff didn't prove the actual damages or excess mileage and the burden of proof was on them. the judge that heard the motion for a judgement said that the bill was the proof. Even though they didn't have any proof of the actual damage or mileage just the lease agreement and a bill. I have now found my paperwork from when I turned in the vehicle at the end of the lease proving no damages or excess mileage. What can I file now to get that decision dismissed?

"The State" issues license, that is permission to do something otherwise illegal, but "The State" does not issue license to practice law. Which means every lawyer is breaking the law. I am proper in a federal suit against the police departments and counties for intentional false arrest with fabricated evidences, attempted malicious prosecution, retaliation, imprisonment without due process and property rights violations. When the defendants did not have the evidence for the arrest that they must prove the probable cause; they raised the discovery dispute that the case failed for prosecution because the cops were unable to access the phone. The court ordered to unlock the phone even it was withheld illegally for two years. No procedural safeguard and no supervision of parties, the judge allowed the cops to access the phone. The cops fabricated the arrest to "child porn found in hard drive" but later changed to illegal possession of firearm when they messed up and said "No child porn found in computer". When illegal possession of firearm failed again, changed to "Vandalism" with citizen arrest. The cops said they do not have defense for the prosecution unless they can access my phone and the court said it is reasonable because they have (fake) warrant. The warrants are all lies as we all knew and the inspector who wrote the affidavit of support claimed he observed all evidences and confirmed. How can the court ignored the damning facts and admissions but pressured us with threat to dismiss the case? I challenged the court if the court will dismiss the case for any reason against the laws. Why the judges are openly bias in many issues when the lawyer is the former co-worker and former employee of the judicial branch? What is the law that allow the cops to take what they want and refuse to return? Can the judges say it is legal to have the properties without probable cause or a case?

When they are cornered with facts, they said "Cannot understand and not clear with the requests. Motion denied". Wow! America??
