You have the personality necessary to reach out, harness, pull back and retain viewers attention and I can attest to this because much of this stuff Steve is all Greek to me but your presentation is well above good to great. I've data mined other lawyers on KZbin and I can completely understand your interest in staying in your field of specialty and what you learn in law school e.g. filing motions like a pro and depositions for dummies. Also I believe you may agree in part, that creating new content on new subject matters within your legal field is getting more and more challenging. So I would like to throw a couple 12-6 curve balls at ya for you to consider. Again based off what I've seen around KZbin. ¹ Any subject matters relating to criminal law that was covered in law school. The basics is a hot topic generally. ² Due process, Due Process, Due Process I believe especially as it relates to nuisance summary proceedings. ³ last but not least, a very trendy subject matter is music and video reactions. Reviewing videos involving criminal activity or civil liability cases and giving your take on the matter would be golden and I believe with your knowledge of the rules of law, your personality and technical and production capabilities you have become highly efficient at making over the years. You would see a boost in subs and a new found interest from people in your field of specialty. Just some thoughts, thanks for the videos Steve keep up the great work.

I appreciate that you're giving advice regardless of the side of the caption you're on. The deposition should be a fact finding exercise but seems like there are tricks and manipulative tactics involved. I've watched several other attorney's videos talking about how to lay traps to corner a deponent or play different roles depending on the line of questioning.

The violations were Invasion of privacy, Intimidation, State Employees used a mental health facility to restrict my freedom due to their need to retaliate. There's more. But I need to file. What is the right way to handle presentation of audio recordings of phone calls as evidence. Our state is a one party consent. Some of these recordings are long. Can they be cut down to the key parts? How are they submitted to the court?

Unfortunately in Massachusetts the government website shows a sample letter and instructs you to have to cite various codes for actual laws you feel were violated, in composing a "simple" demand letter. Of course this is a method of dissuading people from pursuing justice & rightfully compensation which in turn is allowing companies and businesses to renege on their contracts and openly rip the consumer off with no recourse. The site claims you need to do these codes in order to be awarded damages and it's my understanding that the court requires this letter just to do a small claims suit. It's clearly evident that the courts are stacking justice odds against those wronged because the average person isn't capable and i even paid an attorney $375 for this letter per hour mind you, and even he was too lazy to be bothered yet he called me in for working on the letter, so you figure that one out!!! I think he just wanted my sale because he knew he was gonna listing a property for sale and wanted that easy money as sales are generally little effort for generous pay. But there won't be a sale if i can't deal with the flooring contract in the new property which was breached. An a demand letter is stronger coming from an attorney so this is very unfair and the system in America is BS.

I have a meet and confer. The defendants are a local vet who rehomed my dog with the person who found him. The vet nor the finder notified Animal control. The last time I spoke to their atty, he offered me a million dollars to go away. I told him I'd take 2 million and my dog. Any advice???
