SASTOJCI:
500 gr gotovih kora(jufke)
oko 600 gr mesa po želji (piletina,junetina itd)
glavica luka (može a i ne mora )
suhi začin,so i biber
SMJESA ZA PREMAZIVANJE
500 ml mineralne gazirane vode
200 ml ulja
2 čaše brašna (čaša od 200 ml)
pola kašike soli
pola praška za pecivo
Kod mene je u pakovanju bilo 17 listova
5 sam isjekla na trakice a ostatak sam zamotala u pitice.Dobila sam 12 pitica ali na videu je prikazano samo 10 jer vise nije moglo stati u pleh.
Meni je ova kolicina smjese i mesa bila dovoljna za ovo pakovanje kora.

There were 17 sheets in my package

Ich habe 5 davon in Streifen geschnitten und den Rest in Kuchen gewickelt. Ich habe 12 Kuchen bekommen, aber im Video sind nur 10 zu sehen, weil sie nicht mehr in das Blech passten.
Bei mir hat diese Menge Mischung und Fleisch für dieses Krustenpaket gereicht.

Per me, questa quantità di composto e carne era sufficiente per questo pacchetto di crosta.
