Hi Everyone, Namaste. Cheese Burger and Burger Bun recipe for you all. I made it simple for you guys :-)
Try this out and let us know how it turned.
Usually burgers are made of beef meat. But I took chicken meat for this video.
I hope you enjoy this easy #Homemade Chicken Burger Recipe !
Ingredients:
For Burger Bun:
1 package or 7 gram dry yeast
1 cup very warm water
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter
20 gram sugar
10 gram salt
400 gram all-purpose flour
Note: add a 50 gram flour to the yeast and water, and then the remainder before kneading
For Burger Meat:
500 gram chicken ground meat (For 5 Burger)
1/2 table spoon garlic powder
Chilli Powder as per taste (you can skip this)
Salt and Black pepper as per your taste
Some finely chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Cucumber, some Salad and Cheese slices
