I'm so thankful that you're sharing all of this! Because my Doctor really tried to get me thinking about the option of a phallo (I've always been of the unthinking opinion that, "eh, more surgery is hassle, I'll just be non-op down below) and really got me wondering about whether or not it's a good decision to make long-term, and your videos are really helping me with that process.

I was in the same position, lower surgery just seemed to much of a hurdle but actually, although it has been painful, it hasnt been as much of a hurdle as I thought, besides, its just a short period of difficulty for a lifetime of contentment, I feel thats worth it! enjoy the new look. As far as bury/non-bury... I went into my surgery asking for all female genitalia be gone. My dysphoria of all the female parts out weighed the loss of a little sensation (because one doesn't lose it all). So, I'm over 3 months post op and I can feel the lil guy and his sensation. I know as I heal that sensation will increase. I'm so happy knowing now I have no more female parts. It was a good decision for me, but I didn't struggle with it like you are. I wish you the best in any decision you make for yourself. You're looking good Finn. Take Care Buddy
@FinnTheInfinncible9 жыл бұрын
+EthanJay1261 Thanks my friend. Its good to hear yours has been successful. I really do want it gone, now that I have my penis it looks so perfect, as it should always have looked, and so getting rid of all trace of the wrong parts is something I very much want. However, I am so scared of losing sensation! It does seem that it wont be much of a loss...if anything...so it might be woth the risk as more comfortability has got to also impact sexual satisfaction too

+EthanJay1261 thank you so much. I am leaning more towards burial...but its a relief to know there is no rush to decide. I am just going to keep reflecting on it and assess it over the coming monts

I'm still trying to decide whether meta or phallio would be better for me. On top of that when I hand my hysterectomy and then again a little worse when I had my top surgery I had some issues with coming out of the anesthesia. They had a hard time keeping my oxegen levels up. And with my top surgery they apparently had some trouble with my blood pressure and heart rate too. They told me to have my doctor get me tested for sleep apnea, so it might be at least part of the problem. I definitely need to get my health better under control, especially my weight, before I can really consider bottom surgery. But this sort of logistical nightmare is partly why I keep bouncing back and forth between the types of procedures for bottom surgery. I'm so glad to have KZbin and the rest of the internet as a resource to find others who've gone through these things already. It does help to get a wide range of peoples experiences so you can gauge what might happen for you so you can make an informed discussion, even if it's basically an educated guess that you're just praying will turn out how you envisioned. Hello my friend. Yes, there are a ton of videos! I need to update the index on my website! The decision re burial was not easy but it was the right one for me. Having now completed the entire process, I think I'll make another video soon re waiting this decision a out burial, but for now, here is a link to a blog post where I discuss burial and how that impacted on sensation and orgasm. You can also find links to my Phallo memoir and guide on my website too . Hope this helps! finlaygames.com/phalloplasty-sensation-progress/

Thanks for sharing! Glad there's more people on youtube sharing this info as there didnt used to be many videos about it. Lower surgery is hard to decide always many factors to consider. Personally ive constantly changed my mind about it. I was going to keep what was there but t does have adverse effects on it and it becomes less useable. I also like sensation to and tidyness to. Im between either having hysto/v closure and cliteral release or the same with thigh or abdo phallo above my cliteral release. Ive not heard of many people wanting cliteral release and phallo but i cant help but think it combines the best of both as in erotic sensation/natural erection combined with phallo which gives size, possible penertration and possible sensation. I dont want to risk the idea of sensation not returning and i really like my t dicks natural function to. Good luck for stage 2.
@FinnTheInfinncible8 жыл бұрын
+ju h It is really hard to decide! So many unknowns in how you will feel after, how much sensation will return, this is a massive decision. Thanks for the well wishes and all the best for your decision making!

+FinnTheInfinncible yeah its one of those decisions that will change as its not as straight forward as with or without boobs! that was an easier choice. Good luck with the rest of your surgeries, especially because i know what the London teams like for communication and getting dates sorted.....

Hey there Finn, Thank you for replying to my question below. I definitely need to go for the RFF phalloplasty, but because of fibromyalgia, a soft connective tissue weakness, myofascial pain disorder, I am trying to avoid as much scarring as possible. I have to do the RFF for sensation, but I want to forego the urethral lengthening, the implant and the testicle implants (my labia are actually pretty flexible and prominent, so unless someone really looked up close, I think they would just look like small testicles), preferring not to risk complications and especially unnecessary adhesions! I can pee in a stall! And I can use an elator for erection. One of my questions is about the vaginectomy. Do they require that be done? Is it possible to close the vagina up to the urethral opening and call it a day without removing the vagina? That procedure will kill me.
@FinnTheInfinncible5 жыл бұрын
Hi my friend, yes, you can indeed opt out of the vaginectomy, many guys do. Its all about working out what is best for us individually, for our mental and physical health. It sounds like you have a lot to deal with, bless you

+Nicolas Burton (Mint Fox Talks) Hi my friend, being in optimum health is key as surgery takes such a huge toll on the body. The more fit and healthy you are, the less likely complications are. Making decisions is so hard, I could have not come to decisions without the help of others who shared their experience, which is why I now do the same in return. As you say, by talking with each other we can make ourseves better informed as to whats right for us and what is likely to expect. All the best to you in your decision making
@ncburton17138 жыл бұрын
FinnTheInfinncible So, true and health wise I might have waited if it hadn't have been for the fact that not having the surgery was having negative effects on my health. SO, it was a step forward I needed to take. Bottom surgery, on the other hand, I know I need to be at my best and a lot of my decision making will no doubt hing on how well I can improve my health. I started sharing my experiences for the same reason, especially since visually impaired transguys are pretty rare. Anyway, thanks and all the best in the decision making you still have left as well. I've been enjoying you're videos and following your progress. I've been binge watching them since I discovered them the other day. XD I'll stop rambling now. lol
