Fiction can be a safe place to find comfort in our fears, like we're not alone, or knowing we can step away at any time. I tend to be sympathetic toward monsters in some horror as well because I identify with being the "other" and sometimes the monster represents pushing back against an unjust system so that's satisfying. A good example is the movie "Nightbreed."

That riddle is correct. Birds fly south for the winter but when it warms up for the summer they come back which means they are flying the opposite of south which is north during summer

I mentioned this elsewhere but "Buried" reminds me of a Poe short story where the narrator has a phobia of being buried alive and is obsessed with death as a result. His anxiety is so bad it ends up impacting him physically. This being Poe he ends up in the very situation he fears...almost. I'm left questioning if the cleaning game intruder is another cult member or someone attempting to stop the cult. I wonder if there's any difference in ending if you're faster to clean or not or if it's a set path? Looking forward to what Vasco/Rising Wolf Games makes in the future. I think the timing of the scares was unpredictable even if they repeated a few times. I also like the monsters, clearly they're also afraid and really want hugs to reassure them it's okay.

For the second game, the most likely reason they wanted you to come at night (or, at least, why the pc doesn't think it's strange), is there is an unattended car on the property, and the only way to let someone through the gate would be giving them the code, which wouldn't be a great idea to give out to a stranger.

The last game reminds me of a game called Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion. It's just opening door the quicker as possible and the more the better. Last time I played it I think I got almost to the 500 door. But in this case, it's slower and creepier (?). Looks incredible tho, a lot of fun!

Just got out of the shower and was using a qtip to make sure the outside part of my ear hole was clean and I jumped so bad when the masked people popped out of the window during the window wash one that I almost jammed the qtip down into my ear canal >.< I don't recommend doing anything delicate while watching this stuff XD

Not sure who needs or wants this feedback (streamers, devs, etc.) but I am someone who’s prone to motion sickness, and that cleaning game really trigged it for me. The fast and drastic panning back and forth between the window and the cleaning supplies, coupled with how often you need to switch back and forth for each window, made me very nauseous very quickly (and I usually never get motion sickness from regular, non-VR games). That jump scare at the end was great though! Great vid, Gab!

The window game reminded me of a Donald Duck story where Huey, Dewey and Louie where being interviewed in their home but Donald was super desperate to get on TV too. 📺 He got so annoying and persistent that they had to push him outside so that they could get the interview done. But since it was taking place right next to a window, Donald pretended to be cleaning it so that he would get on camera that way. His face in the window with the cleaning rag as the angry interviewers had to yell "cut" again was just hilarious!😆🤣

Nope, the seasonal migration with birds is just an interpretation. Birds migrate all the time depending on how the weather is as a logical thing. I.e. If there for some reason was an extra cold summer, they would still migrate to warmer climates. Or if it was an extra warm winter, well, they might just stay. Same phenomenon can occure in other species too. Animals who go into hibernation for instance, they do not hibernate in specifically winter, they hibernate when the temperature drops, then they wake up again if it is not cold enough. It's about adaptation and behavior and it is more logical than what we think.

Too busy being impressed with what should be the beginning of doing such things at this level to work out a goofy trope opening bit which is impressive in its own right.
