I was 12 years old when this theme tune came out. I was completely obsessed with it, I had no interest in the news but I would watch it every day just to hear the theme tune. My friend had proper stereo speakers wired into their TV which gave it extra bass, so every time I was round there I insisted we watched the news. In the end I ended up writing to the BBC telling them how much I loved the music, and asked them if they could send me a free tape with it on. Obviously they didn't send me one but they replied with a letter thanking me for being a fan 😂 I still love the music 21 years later. I never imagined all those years ago there would be a time where I could listen to it whenever I wanted on a platform like KZbin 👍

This is so much better than the ones in Australia. Most are very similar to the US ones, and Channel 7 is the exact same as NBC. Only one that is a little similar to this is Channel 10.
