Burmese Mandalay Flat Noodles Salad မန္တလေး နန်းပြားသုတ်

Today I would like to introduce the authentic taste of Burmese mandalay flat noodles salad. There are various kind of salads in Burma and all are so delicious with unique tastes that why don’t you give it a try?
If you have been to “Mandalay”, which is located at the middle of Burma, the largest second city after Yangon city. Mandalay is the main region where the last royalty were based that you can find many ancient buildings, monasteries and cultures.
Nonetheless, the food in mandalay are very popular that you have to give it a try its authentic taste. The famous and must try food is “Mandalay-Mont-Tee” which is large white noodles salad with the ingredients of chicken dish, red chili oil, garlic oil, roasted gram powder. The shape of large whit noodles is similar to Udon which is Japanese noodles but the texture is different. The ingredients are not difficult to prepare at home where I miss it so much at time when I visited there.
In this vlog, all ingredients are the same as “Mandalay-Mont-Ree” where the noodles are flat noodles. I enjoyed so much and the taste is very close to the one I had. But to be honest, the taste is different based on the ingredients/ brand used. However, I am totally satisfying when I am craving this mandalay noodles salad.
