Many parents like this man exist still today, prejudice against LGBTQ+ because they don't know them, they don't see the pain their kids endure by hiding years and many years of silence and it takes a toll on their mental health over the years... And u wonder why many of us can't have healthy relationships. It's because even today people like this man still can't accept and love his gay son and they always bring out the... "It's sin, the bible saysmso... it's wrong and inmoral"... This film shows the dark side of a man who doesn't truly love his child, who doesn't deserve to be a father because a real father loves his kid no matter what. As long as he's happy, the dad should be too but he turned his back on him. Life is hard but this harder to watch because I always imagine my own father being the same, which is why I'm glad I don't have to go through it since he never really cared for me... U can't choose ur family but u can always make a new one with friends...

One of our greatest abilities as humans is to choose our own future. In fact, our future is highly based on our personal choices. We can leave disrespectful, abusive, and hateful people behind in a flash, and absolutely should. The sooner the better. I talk about this in my video Disrespect & Abuse, no way, get away, and stay away. Just Like bad employees, bad people should be replaced. In a heartbeat, we can go out and create the future we desire and choose, no need to drag along the trash. Great movie for showing exactly that. ❤🔥❤
