This is the main reason why we as parents and future parents need to really explain filling out bank deposit/withdrawl slips, reading/understanding credit reports, home equity, appraisals, property taxes, credit history, APRs, taxes, filing taxes, FICO scores and lines of credit mean and understand it. This kills me because I feel like this man IS telling the truth he just doesn't know what the differences are and how to obtain them. Idk what they are doing in schools now but a Credit/Tax class is needed that's more in depth than the regular Economics they need to pass in order to get their Technical or College Prep diploma.

It made me feel weird, though. Yes, he didn't bring proof, but she kept talking over him and berating him whenever she asked him a question. And she kept repeating the same thing over and over again when he just wanted to finish his sentence. He's not dumb, he understood the first time that he didn't have any proof, but he still wanted to finish explaining it. I actually found myself getting a bit annoyed by the judge, and I've watched a few other videos of this judged and it does happen sometimes. Judge Judy can do worse and still doesn't have the same frustrating vibe. Sure, he interrupted sometimes as well, but she asked the questions and didn't let him answer either. He said multiple times that he didn't want to disrespect her, he just wanted to finish saying what he had to say, and she didn't let him and even said he was "barking". It was all very weird, and the lady with the constantly surprised eyes didn't help.

It's spoken when someone feels that explaining their point isn't really worth their time and they are doing the other person a favor by telling them whatever the true point it. I work for an attorney's office and we do credit card debt. All you have to do is request validation of debt. They will send you all the statements. Then you have to ask for a fraud review. They will do the work for you and let you know the outcome. The only time they can't mail you statements is if you already have a judgment on the file. They'll send you a copy of the judgment if that is the case, he would have been sued for the credit card debt, in which case a sheriff or process server would have served him with a lawsuit. He's lying.
