Is there anything specific you would like to see, or just a couple still photos of the inside?

Yes, sorry, can you add your email to your KZbin account? I'm not sure how else to get ahold of you.

@@KindsKattleRanch can you just do a video of the burner how you clean it out. That should show the internal workings of the burner and an idea of how the burner is made and works. Thanks

Some drawings of the oil burner setup would be nice in a follow up video. Sorry, but i didn't quite get it from your description.

I know its been a while, but I have a video posting in the morning of me opening it up to clean it, and I'll show what the inside looks like.

how do you ever clean where the oil burns?? That channel iron will get filled up with residue. How do you light the oil?
@KindsKattleRanch2 жыл бұрын
I light it by squirting a little syringe full of diesel in the bottom and sticking the torch in one of the holes. So far, ive ran quite a bit of oil through it and havent needed to clean it at all. But I'll just pull the whole assy out when that time comes, or blow it out with an air gun.

I have a video posting in the morning showing me cleaning it at the end of the season. I had some personal things come up, sorry it took so long!

How did you figure out how many and what size to make the holes in the pipe?
@KindsKattleRanch Жыл бұрын
I ran the numbers of free air requirements for a flame burning at various BTUs. Then I converted that to the available air through the circle holes. I know it isnt 100% accurate but it was enough to get me a baseline.

What stove door is that?

It comes with a barrel stove kit that you can get at menards for about 50$. If you watch my video building the barrel stove, you'll get a better explanation of the kit.
