Thank you Zeke. i only have one question. When was this recorded? i'm having trouble matching 90° in Chico with today's date. It just occurred to me that i should look in the description! Duh!! With all of the enthusiasm of Sarah Palin when she said, "Drill Baby Drill", i say Burn Baby Burn !:-)

The "Valley's Edge" and "Stonegate" urban sprawl projects on the east side of Chico will impede the ability to use prescribed fire to protect town from wildland fires.

Envision a day when pre designing prescribed burn areas and " catcher's mits" into developments is the norm. We must pre think fire's profile in communities. Learn and teach. 🔜🇺🇲👊

@@vickielewis3848 Absolutely, I cannot wait for the government to have the ability to tell people where to live, I'm sure it will make sure people don't settle out too far away from the eyes of the authorities. After all, if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear!

50 years ago burning fields was common. The practice was halted for air quality and never revisited.

Greetings Wondering if you know where I can find current images of the entire area burned during the Lava fire in Weed. I used to live in the Mount Shasta, and the north side of the mountain is my favorite area. I've considered moving back there, but not if the north side is devastated. Thanks, Greg
