Not really. You can hear it's missing the nuances from the original. Jake E. Lee said that 99% of guitarists covers him wrong and showed why in a video. Almost no one is able to cover Michael Schenker either... Playing the melody is easy for most guitarists. Sounding the like original is very hard.

I was never a big fan of Ozzy's work, simply because I was born a little later in time. And it’s no secret that in the Soviet Union foreign metal was an “unwanted guest” at that time. But this does not prevent me from admiring almost every work of yours, and it does not matter much whether it is a cover or your own composition.
