Great video thanks! I especially like the idea of using the old yoga mat to protect the side plastics & seat. What do you do with the excess strap at the front of the saddle bags? I am worried that could get caught in the chain if it loosens.

Very nice setup. I am looking at a similar one, or possibly Blizzard L. Do you think the XL is sometimes too big and cumbersome on trails? Or can the XL be shrunk if so much volume is not necessary? Thanks!

Hi mate. The xl are not to big/ large. As you have mentioned the Blizzards have a few straps to compress the volume. It`s better to have the extra volume when needed and to compress it when not. that`s my philpsophie...

I'm 1,90 m tall and the have rised the seat hight to 960 mm.

@@hajnus16 I have mounted the Yamaha Adventure foot pegs. it's about 2 cm lower. I'm riding in MX boots so I had to higher the gear shifter lever. Rear brake lever is still in stock position. no problems...

Hi denkst du ein Zelt mit 39cm Gestänge passt in die Blizzard XL Taschen?

Musst du probieren. Ich habe mein Zelt in den Tornado L. Ich persönlich würde aber kein Zelt in die Seitentaschen machen. Wenn du da drauf fällst, könnten die Gestänge beschädigt werden. Gruß, Stefan.

I can't decide whether m or l for the tornado. I got the satlddle bags, Tank bag and also crash bar bags... Might be enough space combined with an Tornado M size. What do you think. Cheere

I don`t use a tank bag anymore. Check the lenght of your packed tent to decide either to go with the tonado M or L. That was the reason I went with the L. Greetings from Germany.

How did you add the buckles? did you have to sew one end?

@@BurningFeetAdventures After some research it looks like in 2021 Enduristan changed the design to have a fixed buckle on the left bag and the strap on the right bag. I could add the buckle to the right side, but would have to sew something on the left.

@@wedged4826 that sounds strange. If you are right with the product change than it would be very disapointing. The right way to do it for Enduristan would have been to add buckles on their own to improve the product... Just try to get a hand on an older set of Blizzards. Good luck mate.
