We just don´t have the small things going our way like we did last season. A penalty we should have had a couple of games ago, the header on the post vs Arsenal, that harsh red card on Mee and I could go on, everything that could have turned the tides just aren´t. Losing vs Burnley 1-2 with 10 men isn´t bad but no points, so can´t really be used for much in the situation we are in. It also seems we are lacking the speed up front we had last season, sorely lacking quality on a couple of positions. I actually feel Frank is doing the best he can with the cards he has been dealt and I doubt anyone could do much better, the small things just aren´t going our way and being reduced to 10 men at the start of a game is just .... well .... pouring salt on the wound.

Well, another away day and nothing to show for it. A valiant battling performance from the ten men, but all to no avail. It could all have been so different, but we do not seem to be getting the rub of the green. It all started so badly as Sergio clattered into the Burnley player with a very rash challenge and yes, it was a penalty, but I am not really sure about the red card as the Burnley player took off and made a meal of it following the contact from Sergio. There should have been a penalty for us after Zanka was wrestled to the ground Greco-Roman style, but it was not even looked at by VAR! I thought we only really came to life in the last 15 minutes and after Kris' goal we were really knocking on the door searching for an unlikely equaliser, but ultimately to no avail. There were a few good chances and Yoane perhaps should have done better following a clever freekick by Ivan. Keane should have got his shot away before the Burnley player blocked him out. I have said it a few times this season and I will say it again that we really have to be more clinical in front of goal when we get such chances. It was good to see Bryan back and hopefully he will start the next game against Manchester United. Of course, the multitude of injuries that we have suffered this season has definitely not helped our cause, but we still have our destiny in our own hands. Let us make the most of the international break and hope that all of our players come back injury free! COYB!!!🐝🐝🐝

Softness pen ever if that's given. Has his arm around Fofana too and his legs just give way looking for pen. Ridiculous
