@@vickiesperko8964 I had a frame off restoration 70 ss all original except for motor. Had it in bear metal waiting paint. Had it in 4 different body shops in 13 years still even with paying 10 grand plus for the paint job and that was from 2001-2014 I finally got to the point where life marriage house bills stress health got into the way. I had to sell it. Lost 30grand. Now looking back I wish I just put it away for another day. But I was beyond pissed off at the time. Totally stopped trusting people, friends, family especially body shops. So not so easy for just anyone to just get one and have the time especially after working 12 hours a day and having shit heath from having cancer. Just saying.

Beautiful sir I love the big block and the chevelle is my dream car !! I just had a 467 big block Chevy built by a guy named mark jones . 600 hp at 6200rpm 602 torque at4200 rpm . It’s going in my 77 Chevy c20 . I got tremec tkx 5 speed for it . Beautiful car and the engine sounds healthy !

It's the most perfect body style ever. There are no weak design points anywhere. There's many cars I loved in the 60s,70s my older brothers and friends had, but in 1975, riding in my friends brothers 1970 SS 396 at 15 yrs old was a blast. Forest green, wht stripes. I prefer original factory cars, "Day 2" is ok also, usually just rimes & tires.

Good loking car. I have to say for 565ci it doesnt sound like a big block. It actually sounds like a super rowdy higher revving LS or LT(imo) I mean this in a good way. Maybe the exhaust is custom,but its sounds great

My dad had a 69 chevelle coupe that was titled wrong so it was an R title but he threw a built 396 in it and straight piped it (the go to mods for a teenager in the late 80s) painted green with white stripes (not factory the paint was actually a ford color) car got totaled but that 600 somethin horse 396 still sits in my uncles garage untouched to this day

My favorite is a 70 or 71 ...565 is a bad ass engine that makes 560-570 HP I think its able to handle 850 to 900 hp
