Meet Georgia, our Digital Literacy Officer at Burnside Library. Georgia has a wide range of responsibilities at Council, including running our popular Tech Help sessions. During these sessions our staff provide free one-on-one support for residents who may be having difficulties with their smartphone, tablet or laptop, giving them the tools they need to use tech effectively in their day-to-day lives.
