@Sckarekrow I think the stipple looks great... There are many ways and And different techniques that provide certain aesthetics, depending on what an owner wants. Not sure what you think is a good job, but i think you should get out more, and broaden your taste some!

I like it, Lenny. No one thinks a black Glock is pretty until someone customizes it. Then everybody's screaming because it isn't black anymore. Get over it ! I've completely customized mine for around $250. That includes the Glockstore's gold finish on the slide, Duracoating the frame and adding various gold custom accessories. What's the diff what it looks like, I'm the only one who will ever see it and mebbe the burglar coming in my back door.

Boy, I sure didnt like my expensive TruGlo's. They sound great in theory but I personally didnt get the sight picture I needed in night training at an outdoor range. I had to rely on my Viridian laser to get good groupings. I got Trijicon HD's now(yeah they were expensive too.). Much better. I love the burnt bronze color. It is a nice break from FDE which you now see everywhere. Burnt Bronze looks even better on AR-15's. Do a search on Google or here on youtube.

Hi my name is molinsky I going to start working as a Correctional Officer (CO) in Montgomery county in MD. I have to buy a handgun asap, I can't decide between a glock and a fnx 45 acp which one is better for me to have. Most correctional officers (CO) and police officers in MD carry the glock, but I am left hand, I need something I can be comfortable to work with. Please let me know if the fnx 45 is a good quality. Cool, but i really don't see how all that slide machining helps or improves anything.. It's not like you ported the barrel, so really all it is for is to look cool, and actually add recoil with less weight...

Man I really hate stippling, I think it is so ugly. And it isnt because the smith did a bad job like alot of other commentors seem to think, its just the stippling process in general looks horrible in my opinion, Ive never seen a stippling job that looked good to me. Everything else about this glock is awesome, but I think it would have looked so much better with the lower left with the stock texture

$1,100 to $1,200 For a $300 job damn that's a come up on your customer's I sent my slide to jagerwerkz and for $200 I got rmr cut front port with Serrations and burnt bronze cerekote that looks better then this disaster by far

Lets see: Hand-stippled frame, Cerakote finish, extensive custom machining on the slide, Pyramid trigger, tungsten guide rod, TFO sights, and probably upgraded internals like lightened striker, safety plunger, new springs, etc.. THEN there's the labor involved. If it makes it more reliable and a better shooter, then it's worth it.
