When adding a bigger wheel to the front, do you have to do anything to the suspension?

Depends on how big. If it’s a 21”, no. 23” you would lose the crash bar.

I do not agree with your Mickey Mouse building methods one day you are going to build a bike that will possibly kill the rider. Why don’t you just do it properly like a proper machined spacer very dangerous. My only compliment is that the bikes at least look good.

Wheel doesn't seem spaced proper. I never seen nor heard of running ur rotors spaced a 1/4" off the hub but hey as long as it looks good LMAO 👍

I take it that thread lock having been applied to the disc fixings that the disc is staying put,would you not machine a proper spacer for the disc and not rely on washers.All that chrome on front wheel and you use shitty fixing ,is this a dry build or is this how you build a bike it's all a bit mickey mouse and this is me being polite. You would'nt catch me riding that bike the way it's been built ,do the job right or don't bother at all.
