Ma'am I just tried with one of my favourite kadai which was very much black .I soaked it with caustic soda nearly 2 hrs...after 2 hrs when I see my kadai it is totally burnt.It is now not in a condition to cook 😑and the inside surface colr is changed .Some blueish kind of color and powder coating is visible when it is dry.
