I appreciate seeing this video because it clearly shows the Burris M.A.D. ring system. Basically you have the option to replace the capped windage knob with a large exposed knob. I like that. I have an XTR II and love it. I'm going to replace a Vortex Viper PST Gen II with the Burris XTR III.

The xtr 2 had flat flip caps but mine broke after a few years. Now rocking a vortex, cheap and they flip flat too.

They are made in the Philippines.

The illuminated versions are. The older, non-illuminated were made in the US but I believe those are DC'd now.
