Your opening statement really makes me want to put your optics on my match rifle.

Do you adjust your parallax for every target in a match? For instance, in one run you have to engage a 400 and a 600yd target back to back. Do you take the time to adjust parallax for both targets?

Not usually, typically dial to median range and call it good. If it's a stage with large distances between targets, then dial PA per array.

Thanks for the excellent tips, I am new to prs but have thousands upon thousands of rounds of trigger time. I have found that very little transitions over to prs style of shooting. I have shot 4 matches in the last three months, two club matches and two nrl22 point matches. I shoot well in the club matches but suffer dramatically in the matches with the better outfitted and more experienced shooters. I thought the team guys or more experienced guys would be willing to help a beginner with some learned advice, sadly they have been dick bags. Not asking to bang their wives or boyfriends just a tip or two. Long story short, thanks for the tips, because target acquisition has been a huge problem causing me to time out. I will take these tips and incorporate them into my training regime

Thanks for tuning in, Byron. I'm bummed to hear you haven't had a great reception at the matches. Typically folks are really willing to help. Feel free to shoot us questions if you have them. You can even send them to us on facebook, instagram etc. Additionally our email is customerservice@burrisoptics.com. Let us know if we can help!

That sucks mate. I went to my first NRL22 match here in Australia last weekend. It was clear my scope on my rifle wasn't up to the task so the guys there let me borrow one of their spare rifles for the day. Not only that everyone was willing to give me tips and advice. Absolutely the most welcoming community I have ever been involved with so far. Hopefully there's another group closer by that is willing to help more.

@@lambanator4221 I am glad you had a good experience, I was hoping for the same being new to NRL22. I was looking forward to some pointers or tips on gear, I had homemade bags and overheard several of the guys making fun of them, I will add that the guy who had shot the best that day shut them down by saying when he started he made his own bags and it took him some time to upgrade to better equipment. I am going to continue to shoot and have learned a lot just by watching the better shooters. Shoot on and be safe
