Well done Jake! Air in a shop is a necessity. Having the compressor in another building is REALLY nice to eliminate the noise. Good job.

After having it in another building... there’s no way I would go back to having it in the shop with me.. especially trying to make videos.. 👍👍👍

looks like a pretty nice system. I started using the push-to-connect stuff a few years ago and I'll never turn back.

Jake awesome job on the running of the pipe in the airline my friend. That's a blessing having your air compressor and another building. Where you don't have to hear the noise. Great job love the video. From doug

Looks good Jake i used rapidair kit in my shop and will use it in my next shop. Very easy to use. One thing I would recommend is running a wire in the conduit to help locate it in the future.

Awesome!! I really like this air line. 👍👍
@Sadenshard3 жыл бұрын
Just curious why did you run airline inside of the pipe instead of sealing it and using a larger feed line into the shop?
@JakeThompson3 жыл бұрын
I did it just I case I needed to replace the line.. I could have just buried the pex line but I want to be able to replace it easily in the future instead of possibly having to dig another trench.

Awesome job I thought about building a little place outside my shop to due the same thing but also hold my vac system but at the price of lumber right now not sure it would be a good idea 😂
@JakeThompson3 жыл бұрын
That price of lumber is rediculous right now.. but I’m going to have to take a dive on the resin room.
@exotictones10543 жыл бұрын
The trenches should of had a small blade on it dude.just for filling the trench back in.i know you said where you bought those air lines but I missed it.

That last thing you forgot to do is where the wife and daughter would come into play here. Hey they are always wanting to help so jump in, besides I’ve never found a shovel that fits well in my hands.

I tried running electricity to my garage up here in Buffalo, NY. Started with a trencher, finished with an excavator, wound up re-landscaping the whole yard. Finished the whole thing, then the wife reminds me we could use water out at the garage too. Nope, just nope.

sure hope your air dryer works perfectly ....... normally, we would have a drain at the LOWEST point to be able to catch and remove water. I would NOT recommend having an underground line that cannot be drained
@JakeThompson2 жыл бұрын
Awesome.. let me know when you make a video detailing how you do it… I will definitely watch and leave you a thumbs up.
@chandlt2 жыл бұрын
@@JakeThompson I am doing one right now, but no underground necessary here. If I were tempted to bury the line, I would install an u/g box with a removeable lid for the line to run thru. Make that the lowest point and install a tee + ball valve so you can blow out any accumulated h2o. Keep on rockin' in the free world!!
