Man, this is great stuff! Exploring something new must be wonderful for you. I have to believe GM. S.Williams will be playing it before long. Thank you for these!

I was looking at the BGG on Lichess, and the particular position had been reached by Nihal Sarin. That make me and him buds, yes? Separated by one degree of Kevin BGG? 🤣 thanks for sharing the BGGospel!! 🤣👏

@@GambitMan may I ask u a chess question? Say I take the starting position of the BGG, and I write down the top, I dunno, 8 moves for white and my response. I then take 8 sheets of paper, write down the moves and my response, and then the top X moves for each move for white, then 8x pieces of paper…. Etc etc… is there a name for this type of chess notetaking? Not an obvious adjective like exhausting, stupid, futile, endless, but, like a name 🤣🤣 thx! Or is this what people mean when they say ‘opening files’? I assumed that was online… maybe ‘old-school opening file’ 🤣

Only had 1 person on lichess accept this and 1 accepted nakhmanson gambit, both crushing wins, sadly most are afraid to accept

The funny thing about the BGG is that the higher the rating and the longer the think, the MORE likely the opponent is to realize that Nxe5 is by farrrrrrr stockfish’s top choice and then to play it!

@@GambitMan Unfortunately for me, people 1800-2100 on lichess don't accept it :(. They most likely to accept Stafford, but not BGG

So basicly the only reason to go king f8 instead of e7 in the first place is whites bishop b3 move?
@GambitMan
@GambitMan 2 жыл бұрын
Yes that’s exactly right! Kf8 is extremely hard to refute period, even with tons of Stockfish preparation (see: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqeZl6GurZ6EqMU ), but Ke7 would be *even more* fun (as recommended in the original BGG video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/anOpoKeGitSYhJI ) if you are sure that your opponent cannot find this extremely difficult Bb3 move! :)
