Hi, take a look in the downloadplan. There you can find some informations about what Thomas use in his Buschtrottel. The Motor is a D-Power 2814. It works with a 8x4 Propeller if you use a 3s-LiPo. Have a lot of fun with this model.

At 02:28 you are using a heat shrink plastic tube link on the servo? Plus some sort of dowel pushrod? The same on the elevator control horn. What type of plastic heat shrink tubing is it? Thanks Laurie NZ.

This is a KFm-2 airfoil. It traps a vortex behind the step. At the cost of a worse glide ratio, this enables it to still provide lift at high angles of attack where the likes of Clark-Y will long have stalled. Having initially been sceptical as well, I meanwhile came to the conclusion that it's the perfect airfoil for this kind of plane.
