This song is using the theme “Youth is now”, no matter what age you are now you should always be able to enjoy life and be youthful, as youth is not an age but more of a mindset. In Korean, “Youth is now” is Cheongchun-eun Baru Jigeum. And the acronym for it is CheongBaJi (stylized as CBZ), which the word literally translates to jeans or denim pants. That is why they wear denim jackets and pants (and giving out denim pants to everyone) throughout the MV. The album title is Teleparty, and when you listen to the other 2 songs, you will find the words Telepathy and Party in the lyrics 😉

someone already explained the youth is now wordplay so i won't bore you with that but yeah the english title is prime time, like the prime time of your life? which i think is actually a really good translation because it gets the actual point of living according to what you enjoy as opposed to getting bogged down by the literal translation and using youth which in english is very much assosiated with age. Also i think it has it's own level of word play with tv that goes well with the cbz translation that sounds like the name of a tv channel, like sbs or mbc or something like that, and also goes well with the mv that has a lot of actors and variety show references.

It actually stands for “ youth is now “. You can see the lyrics when they start whispering it to others. Also, CBZ is slang for jeans, which is why they were handing out jeans. Did you recognize the lady in the beginning? She is the one that presented them with their awards at the mama.
