I literally couldn’t stop screaming when I first watched the Spell music video. It’s my fav song in the album and the visuals and choreography are so good 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 so grateful they got Kirsten to choreograph. Whoever did the makeup and styled them and who whoever did the sets need big fat raises.

Congrats on surviving all three. I loves the unit tracks. They're all different and gorgeous in their own way. I think I like LALALI as like a hype car song, excellent for when you're stuck in traffic, Cheers to Youth as a warm fuzzy song for if you just need to feel like you need a hug, and Spell is for when I feel like ascending to an entirely new plane of existence because it's ridiculous. Spell makes me feel like someone is genuinely performing some sort of magic on me, like I think I blacked out the first time I watched it. It's visually and audibly stunning.

Imma be honest, I LOVE my boys and have so much respect for them but the Vocal unit song did absolutely NOTHING for me. It felt like any overly emotional, cringy jpop/kpop song from 10 years ago ( same with Power of Love ... no thank you mam'). Spell is my all time favourite seventeen song, it makes me sad it got so much hate from non fans, accused of cultural appropriation and people complained about them jumping on the afrobeat trend.
