The twentieth volume of Buses in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada! Filmed between October 2017 and January 2018.
This volume includes three locations - Metrotown, Bridgeport Station and Carvolth Exchange. Also included are both demonstrator double-decker buses 1008 and 1009.

Most likely the bus was an evening tripper (ie a single run which would return to the depot upon completion of the route). These are done with buses that have been out since the morning so they don't just deadhead back to the yard, they complete extra trips to provide more capacity during peak times. With this, little attention is paid to what bus is sent out on what run.

I knew at least one bus driver waved at you, however two buses honk there horn, were these buses honking at traffic, or honking to say hi to your camera?

Honking at traffic. Drivers rarely use the horn in any other fashion.
