Great footage, I have ~1500tt in a 79 TU206, 200 or so in the idaho backcountry. Love what you are doing, that's real flying and the 206 is a beast

Thanks. I absolutely love it too. I bet flying in Idaho is fun. I want to visit Aerocet there one day. Ever been there?

I flew out of Qualicum Beach for a little while but i haven't been a lot of places on the Island. I went into Sproat Lake once when the Martin Mars was there. If I could bet back out there I'd get right out to the west coast of the island to explore. Give me a shout when you're in town.

Currently working on my commercial rating, being a bush pilot has always intrigued me but it doesn’t seem like a common occupation in the pnw as far as I can tell.

mixture rich, full throttle, 1 second of prime, throttle back to 1/2 inch, start cranking while increasing power. Works like a charm for me.
