This footage was somehow lost forever. The story is MTV had it pulled because of the shirt Gavin was wearing, "Jesus Rocks". Thank you for this, I knew I wasn't crazy.

Don't have it I'm afraid as (IIRC) MTV UK only aired a highlights version of the show on News Years Day.
