Fantastic boots for the money. Have you tried the scout boots?
@frederickmerle64124 жыл бұрын
The over the toe rand is the best feature of a boot. I have some lovely LOWA patrol boots that are scuffed to hell on the toe which spoils them, not good at £180!! What I think is missing from most manufacturers lines are boots without goretex liners. I personally see no need for a goretex liner except for extreme winter mountaineering. Goretex makes them not breath great and takes an age to dry. A well maintained and waxed leather boot will remain just as waterproof but will dry much more quickly and breath way better.

Do those Zamberlans use the polyurethane midsole? Because from what I've seen all the heavy duty boots from Hanwag, Zamberlan, Lowa, Scarpa, Kennetrek and Miendel use this polyurethane midsole that disintegrates from hydrolysis guaranteed within 5 years.
