Bushcraft Trip - Making A-frame SHELTER - and SELF - Meditation

In this video, my dog Holk and I go on a camping trip that lasts for two days and one night. On the first day, we found a suitable spot with enough dead trees for me to build an A-frame shelter for us to sleep in. After that, I started to make a tree hammer to help with the building of the shelter. Then, I created a soft sleeping area for us using pine needles. We spent the night together in our new homemade shelter and it was an amazing experience sleeping out in nature with my faithful dog by my side.
On the second day, we woke up early and I did an ice bath followed by meditation in the cold water. When we got back to our campsite, we made a cup of green tea and cooked food over an open fire. I also finished building our A-frame shelter and we were able to relax and enjoy nature in the comfort of our homemade shelter. Watching your videos ( with the help of my granddaughter ) I don"t understand this technology, i grow up in the mountains and now surrounded by a screen, photos and memories. Some times looking you it"s like i see my self as i use to be, alone in mothers nature wilderness,Up there the spirit and soul is free I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kaint words and a big thnx you keep the nature sound without stupid annoying music i belive will destroy this beautiful calm scenery.
