make sure to put transparent film on the inside of the windows as well. will improve temperature retention without limiting light. apart from the double film on the windows, somehow you have to close the cracks in your door, and get running water out of the hut

Es ist gegen Wind und Ueberschwemmung geschützt, scheint sehr stabil, hell durch mehrere Fenster, komfortabel. Sicher eines der besseren Häuser die man hier sehen kann. Die Erweiterung der Terrasse gegen den Abhang ist fantastisch. Eine beinahe unmenschliche Leistung auf dieser grossen Fläche. Dazu wie bei allen "Immobilien" Lage, Lage, Lage ! Naehe Fluss hier ohne Wasserrisiko !
