Well 5.5 inch converted to cm is roughly 14cm(specific is 13.97cm),which explains why it has less damage than the smasher.

I get that it is a smaller gun thats why the AP dmg makes sense but i have a problem with the HE. Especially the HESH you pay 4x more for only 70 dmg and 220 pen. And even the standard HE is crap with 770 dmg though the pen is adequate for the caliber. I think it should have 800 HE dmg on both HESH and HE. If it does it will have DPM of 3784 which is the same as the Tortoise but with only 220 pen.

I will try both guns on the Conway but having played nearly 1000 battles in the tortoise and really enjoying its 120mm gun, I think this tank will be the best stock grind of my blitz career. Also, I think you will adore the charioteer for its gun. It’s basically the fv4202s gun with 10mm less pen on the apcr, I can live with that fighting tier 7 tanks lol.

Hum bushka, this is a 140mm gun, not a 150... Hence the fact all numbers are unique. This is the first 140mm I have seen in the game. Re. Tech tree being never op, we can talk about that when you review the charioteer. Cheers

I love when you give it back to the muppets and trolls who need to be silenced! Here on the US server I have lost my joy in playing light tanks and have gone back to heavies. Self appointed "team Captains" in TD's and heavies camping in the back of the map barking at me to spot and cap for them, while they provide zero cover, usually not even looking my way at all when I come across reds. I would love to see you do a video showing TD's and Heavies how they should work with the lights. Most players expect me to spot and cap for the team, many even text out "orders" Which btw I follow because my goal is to win. It's amazing that they don't seem to realize that I am the one who lights up the targets they shoot at from the safety of cover and foliage. When I cap multiple bases this also pressures red team to eventually leave the safety of cover as our cap points rise helping them to do tons of damage from cover. They need to know that a light tank should be their best friend, and a huge part of their big damage numbers, but please show a little respect and teamwork and cover me. You can't shoot what isn't spotted. Some players get it, and those who do always finish with the 3500+ dmg games and a sure win. A overwhelming majority don't get it. EXAMPLE I happen upon 2 or three red tanks while spotting and quickly move to cover. They and I are now spotted and remain lit up due to proximity. Reds immediately push on me, and those big guns behind me have line of site and great shots. The trap is set. But they aren't paying attention to the alert sounds of multiple reds being spotted. They aren't even looking my way. Most often they are missing big easy opportunities for shots on reds pushing on my juicy light tank while my teammates aren't even spotted. The reds are now on the verge of orgasm, switching to HE, flying out from their cover, running each other over, even blocking each other out trying to be the one to land that big HE load on me! Then.... wait for it.... nothing but me getting wrecked. I see them with their back turned to me zoomed in on a impossibly hull down tank clear across the map and leaving me out to dry. They simply were not watching. Then my teammates will call me a noob after i get wrecked for doing the dangerous job they had asked me to do for the good of the team. They did not provide cover, nor did they take advantage of the easy shots I created for them by showing my irresistible light tank to the reds. PLEASE TEACH THEM BUSHKA! IMPART YOUR JEDI TANK SKILLS TO THE MASSES ON BLITZ! And BTW what's up with players waiting at spawn for 1-2 minutes of a max 7 minute game? That's a real dick move. Especially when it's 2 teammates. I Wish WOTB would have a "inactivity early in game" negative feedback option as I watch them come in and easily get 2-3 kills on tanks with 1/3 hp left, but we lose anyway as battle was already decided when they joined in. However their KD rate looks incredible. Anyway enough of my moaning.... Keep up the great work Buska! You are by far the most entertaining gamer on KZbin.

Conway doesn't have a 150mm gun it has a 139mm gun. It's a completely unique caliber of gun in world of tanks blitz and the only tanks I remember getting that caliber of gun is on console and pc the type 4/5 heavies.

Frankly I think they were scared of it turning into the conway on PC, that HESH gun can one shot a lot of tier sevens and two shot a lot of tier eights. Its stupidly scary, and even faster. It does need a buff though.

I'm pretty sure I'm missing the point here but anyways. The Conway has a 140mm gun. Around there anyways the calibres of British guns are odd. It has 70mm of cheap HE pen because it's a smaller calibre gun than the 150-155mm guns such as the T30 you compared it to. Because it makes sense. 122mm or 120 have around 60mm of HE pen. Sure the standard pen on the Conway isn't great and I'd prefer to use the 120 as well but I think it was balanced that way to keep in mind that because of HESH, calibrated shells will be used. Bumping up the pen to 273mm and HESH pen to 220mm. You can't really compare 150s to 140s like how you can't compare say... A 20 pounder to a 90mm. You can compare pen, gun handling etc. But not really alpha. That's how I interpret your rant. I think how I interpreted it was wrong though

Conway NERF coming. It's nerfed on the 6.2 test server but hopefully WG will change their mind. This tank definitely doesn't need a NERF. It has some good strengths but those are more than balanced out by all of the weaknesses that Bushka points out. Nerfing it will only make it more unbalanced towards its weaknesses. With that said, the WR and DPB stats are very good for the Conway, so I assume that's why WG feels that it's a needs a NERF.
