Noah must have quite the reputation on campus for his pranks. He stopped most of his fellow students in their tracks. I mean, who wouldn't have jumped if an unexpected bush came jumping out and yelling at you. Some of the guys screamed louder than the girls. Very funny.

Outrageously funny!!! Good video. One tip for improvement moving forward would be to insure the pathway is clear and free of items scared people might trip over like the bicycle. That way everyone is pranked safely.
