Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
2 medium onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
Half cup yogurt
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Tumeric powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala ¼ tsp
Half kg Ladyfinger/okra/bhindi
Cut tip and bottom
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Or use Imli pulp 2 tbsp
Garnish
Freshly chopped coriander
Green chillies sliced
Kasuri methi
