Does one have to attend a training center to obtain the 21 hours or it can be online, or in-house training where one is currently employed?

Professional Development hours are 21 contact hours required by IIBA as a pre-requisite to attend the exam. Although, the ECBA aspirants do not require any prior experience in Business Analysis, they would require 21 hours of Business Analysis training attendance, which would allow them to appear for the ECBA Certification exam. It's preferred to attend training with an IIBA accredited training partner.
