How long did the entirety of this process take from from end to end?
@karaleise8 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching. We built this entire project in 4 sprints. Each sprint was 2 weeks long. But remember, for this project I had best in class experts at every level - highly efficient team. It’s not usual to build these kinds of complex applications custom within that short timeline. 😂

At 7:24, you mentioned that as a BA, you have to ensure architects build projects based on Product Mangers objectives, does that mean you are playing the role of a SCRUM Master?
@karaleise4 ай бұрын
Hi thanks for watching. What I said was as the BA, you have to be the middle person between the business and the architects so that they don’t build things in the architecture that goes against the product owner’s requirements for the business. It is the BA’s job to make sure the architects are clear on the requirements. This is not playing the role of a scrum master.
