Tobias Carlisle is the founder of The Acquirer’s Multiple®, and Acquirers Funds®.

He is a graduate of the University of Queensland in Australia with degrees in Law (2001) and Business (Management) (1999).

I really like the discussion on how the value of a business just its future cash flows you are able to pull out and what a business did last year doesn’t matter as much, but rather what it will do this year and the years after is what matters.
