Wait, Business Casual is an official style? What?? Sweet! Awesome video brother! On the casual end I typically always wear dark denim jeans, button up shirt untucked, and leather shoes. Sometimes when it is super hot outside I'll wear Chino shorts and a Polo instead. If I ever have to step up the game or there is a situation where jeans would be too casual then I'll just wear Khaki Pants or Wool trousers with an Oxford Button Down shirt tucked in with a tie. I still need to acquire a Navy Blazer, but I do have a Tweed Sports Coat and two suit jackets

Sounds like you have a good handle on the style. I honestly prefer khaki/chino trousers to denim, because I find them way more comfortable to wear.

The dress code at my job is fairly lax, but instead of wearing jeans, I opt for chinos, ocbd's or dress shirts any dressier than this and I really stand out. On the occasion I have worn sport coats I get asked why I am so dressed up.

I've been working from home for over a decade, so I could essentially wear just about anything. Anytime I do go to the office or visit a client, I always wear a jacket but keep a more casual vibe. I don't care for jeans, but they seem to be the de facto standard.
