The A350 was smooth and quiet. Surprisingly with a fair leg room in Economy. Food was ok. Lavatories are tight and dirty.

Good luck guys. After our experience last year we will NEVER fly PAL again. Our PAL flight originates from Brisbane via Manila to the USA. Our nightmares start when our flight from Manila to the US was cancelled the next day. We were told we will be booked and transported to our hotel. Unfortunately the transit lounge became our hotel room. Such a shame coz most of us sleep on the chair, floor and no food provided including foreigners passengers. Just today my sister texted us and she said their flight back to the US was cancelled for the second time. They are suppose to come back 6/10/23 was cancelled for 6/14/23. Today is 6/14/23 and was cancelled again and were booked again for 6/17/23. Well done PAL this only manifested my promise never fly PAL again.

Truly unbelievable and PAL seem not to care about accountability. I am leaving on the 19th. I hope to God there’ll be no cancellations because I have to report back to work on the 20th🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Nice but for me I would take the 5 star Skytrax competitors KE SQ CX BR NH JL middle east QR Business Class tickets JFK/EWR-MNL via their hubs over PR Mabuhay Business class due to their better products and amenities. In the case of CX their fleet is 1 to 1 with PR main line yet you get a 5 star skytrax service

To flight in phils from europ only E-Travel but they did not ask me the vaccination card and to return for a foreigner the e-travel is not necessary i travel last july 23

Yes vaccination card and e travel is required upon checkin.

Yes. They will ask for proof of vaccination and make sure you register on etravel 72 hours before your day of departure. Keep checking though for any changes .

Mixed feeling actually Yes, just because it's slightly cheaper compare to other airlines business class and the schedule of flights. No, because you can get better service from the business class crew on other international airlines. And the most downside of their business class is that the lavatory is just the same size as the economy but cleaned more often than economy that's it.

@@nicolelizap in fact our flight was cancelled and moved a few hours. instead of our 2am flight it was moved to 7am on the same day. The food was just average, but kudos on the baby food as we did not place a special request for our baby but still served us baby formula and baby food.

Philippine Airlines is known for being VERY unreliable with their flight schedules. Unfortunately with much trepidation, I have to finish the half leg of my trip with my return to the States. This is my first and LAST time with this airline. I cannot deal with multiple flight schedule delays and changes anymore (my flight to manila went through 4 changes and 1 cancellation. Unbelievable!).

As a Schengen Visa holder and I travel largely to Europe I don't take PAL even when changing flights in Hong Kong for an onward connection via Finnair to Helsinki Vantaa or Lufthansa to Frankfurt at present we don't have any direct flights to Europe. Recently read that the German flag carrier Lufthansa is making a return to the Philippines and they will launch their direct non stop flights to Manila from Frankfurt even Air France will be bringing back direct flights from Paris Charles De Gaulle.
