what's the difference between doing this and using my SQUARE business credit swiper and sliding the credit card and depositing those funds into my business checking account. it's like i purchased my own goods. Same fees. So what would be the difference?????

There are restrictions for using your own merchant account and card to pull cash. Review Square's terms of service (specifically paragraph 22) squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/payment

How does the repayment work for using business credit? Is it monthly installments?

Depends on the type of business card card. In this video, the cards we are referring to have a minimum monthly repayment ranging from 1-1.5% of the outstanding balance. Much easier debt to service but can get costly if you allow the interest to compound. That's why we promote the 0% APR strategy to avoid costly interest.
