I think we are being extremely flexible. What are you thinking? Can you do better on what you have quoted us for labor? The price seems a little high. We don't think it requires as many hours as you are quoting. We might be able to trim a little bit off of what we quoted. How about an additional 3% discount ? Thanks for being flexible but we are hoping for something closer to 12%. Oh that's pretty steep! There are too many fixed costs that are out of our control. Can you meet me halfway at 6%? I think that might be doable if it's only a stumbling block. I can't make any promises but I'll definitely go to bat for you. That's all I can ask. Perfect!
