Yes, there are many errors and a few strange dialogue lines. While, I think it's great that you are working to help others, I do agree with Thomas Spengler that there are many errors in grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and intonation. The speakers also say some strange or unrealistic things. A calculated pay raise of 1,000 dollars? Was the employee already making around 10,000 dollars a month or more? As a linguistics professional, in addition to being a diplomatic interpreter, I have taught English for many years. I would simply suggest better proofreading. For students, as I always caution my students, many of the English textbooks and materials that I have read in foreign countries have been full of errors. I think many foreign teachers of English try to do their best, but in our modern age of information technology and global communications, there are many resources for non-native English speakers who want to develop materials and lessons to teach their students correctly. Good luck to everyone!

I also noticed a couple of mistakes early on, for example when John tells her to "Make everything clearly..." using an adverb to modify "make" rather than describing the noun "everything" with "clear". There are also missing determiners, articles, and prepositions throughout, which are things that if poorly modelled for EL2 learners will persist in their own language usage. It's pretty fine detail, and lots of the material is good, but the numerous mistakes make this a questionable resource for classroom use or self-study.
