I've been listening a lot ur videos, thank u so much, now I see myself like I made a great advance, and That I have passed to the next level, and one thing that me, as other people that has been listening ur content, find it difficult when native people linking words, and speak about something large. I have some things to take in consideration, the video is so good, but the other day while I was taking my test I could notice that I was so accustomed to your videos that when they show a large audio, like from a short story, I was understanding like the sentences, but no the idea in general, bc it was kinda of large, for that I would recommend u to also you create videos like these, but make the story a little more large in order for us to accustomed to a more large conversation, make it a little more large, within 2 repetitions is good, and if you can create a section that includes the linking words, that would be amazing, bc I Know your videos helps a lot, it does, but when I started to speak real people, they are always linking words, so if you can make your videos, I mean the story o each interaction a little bit largo, and making the voice linking words, you can put it as advance section, that would be the best of the world, I love ur channel, thank u so much, ur videos has really helped me a lot. That's why I am telling u my thoughts for improving ur channel. And one last thing, this video is amazing bc ur putting businesses conversations, there a lot of people that learn English primarily bc they want to get a better job, When I was in my job, in a call center I could see that some of my workmates on the training days, were waiting ur videos, so this video contains that vocabulary that is needed in these environments, but it would be even amazing if u could create more videos like these, and since there are a lot of people that learn to work in a call center, making like a simulation for calls, or conversation that are commonly spoke in the middle of the call, that would be a great choice and sections of videos as well.

Dear video producers, Please don't repeat sentences twice, it makes some non-native speakers confusing easily. If I want to listen any sentence again I can click repeat myself. The continue repeating the whole video is irritating to my ears. (and some others) Thank you.
