BOI - Thanks for such a great explanation of Business Model Innovation! Q1 - Can anyone refer to practical books or courses to master each phase of this process? ( Discover, Problem Fit, Solution Fit & Market fit ). Q2 - Also from the Startup point of view, what timeline ( early stage, growth, scale etc.. ) and Funding ( Angel Investor, Seed, Series A etc.. ) go along with the phases of the Business Model Design Process ( 11:39 )? because by looking at this process it looks like a few years work until startup goes for scale phase.

How much do you charge and how long does it take to go through this whole process?

Why is Feasibility not addressed in the model? I think there is an economic gap where resources in the existing firm could be exploited to enable the business model, increasing the Viability. It's stupid to rebuild the same business more than once as long term you will have to consider paths, one of which is mothership integration.
