The 3 most important things in investors look for in winning business plan is : 1)executive summary : - make special executive summary in a simple way to make sure everybody undertake the whole contents. Avoid from make it in a many pages , 2/3 pages is enough as long as u gives details about your business plans. 2) Management team : - team execute is important than executive summary to show all the work that you had done. -A good n positive management team will lead to a huge profit and successful business. 3) Financials : - 30% return every year in average ( 5-8 years) - That is the most investors looking for. I've learnt that there are quite a few things to include in a business plan such as introduction and company overview, competitor analysis, sales and marketing strategies, pricing strategies, timeline and budget, operations, health and safety, quality controls, financial information and executive summary. From this video,an executive summary, good team and management and firm financial projections will reassure investors to pick your idea for funding. These are the things that every investor is going to look at when evaluating your business plan. There’s no other way around it. Even if you’re friends with a venture capitalist and he does a you favor by scanning the plan, if you fail with the executive summary, your plan goes straight to the bin without any emotions whatsoever.

From my understand and correcting me if I am wrong, the exit plan is in the caste that the business does not work out as planed and needs to exit in order to financially be able to leave with both the investors money and the money we owe to be paid or is it more complex than that? Is it wrong to not have an exit plan and to have many projected problems and have executive plan ahead to make adjustment to what we see may come up? or is that something we should have along with the exit plan? There were a lot of new information that I have gained from the video. As a student, I never knew those three aspects (executive summary, management team and financial) are the most important aspects in a business plan. But now I do. I'm starting an auto brokerage / consultant business and I have just written up my business plan and ran it by my parents siblings and some friends and everything seems to be a go. Hey Mr.Evan hope everything is going well. I have a questions and I was hoping to run it by you. I’m looking to purchase a new home for 150k, I have 20k myself. And I’m looking to get 20k from someone else.. The real goal is to take the equity out of the recently purchased home and continue to invest in other properties. My question to you is .. do you recommend putting 40k into the house towards the mortgage to then get a heloc to purchase a new property ?
