Busking in the Paris metro: Mali's Pédro Kouyaté

Twice a year the Paris metro holds auditions for musicians who want to perform in the corridors of the metro. Those who are successful are given permission to busk for at least six months. One of the most successful is Pédro Kouyaté, a musician from Mali who's been making his living playing underground for the last ten years, after getting his musical start with Boubacar Traoré.
