@@hudsonball4702 Its not reprogram, It just edit from player card initially used for introduction in multiplayer. Go home, to 4th selection menu, then 4th selection again(above "Tips"), then 3rd selection.

how can I perform this particular with my shinkis? are able to perform the movement with arnaval Mk.2 after I changed the helmet, but others do not perform the movement, while leaving only his original armor piece or infirm person without other shinki, I have a fubuki, yda bow, and atlene altines

well about Oorbellen... she's a DLC shinki, meaning.. buying stuff, shinki & weapons at the KONAMI's busou shinki store. it's pretty much expensive btw. (sorry for the late reply)

press Up + R + X to ascend, and Down + R + X to descend. rear part dependent, (i rarely use this ascend/descend maneuvers btw) if your shinki is lvl 15... equip anything for getting a higher defence and range/melee weapon for now, since your shinki is lvl 15... you cant use her speacial rail action until you've unlock her lvl 20 love event.

that's an "EX rail" but you have least a set of armor & weapon AND shinki lvl 30 (last love event)

Also how do you get to use the combination weapon rail attack (or whatever you call it)? I got my shinki at Level 30 and I got her EX RAs. But I still dont get the one when they use 2 weapons. Also How do you get to unlock other shinkis at the shop. During the getting requirements for F0 Tourney part, ive been fighting new shinkis and I still didnt get to unlock them at the shop.

no problem :) you'll get used to it once you've played busou shinki long enough.. and if your shinki is already lvl 20, you already have her "rail action" just equip her own armor and set it your rail slot

I know that I unlock RAs at certain battles but how do you unlock Double RA attacks?

you have to clear all love events of your shinki (level 30)

it's not a dash... it's called "rail action" when i slash that enemy altlene :)

lol.. it's her EX rail (final rail action) arnval's flyer unit i presume, but you nid to reach her lvl 30 and love event for getting her EX rail and also.. you nid to battling the other masters on official and arcade shinki arena for unlocking an upgraded arnval's flyer unit at the premium shinki store.

well yea... unless some of the tourneys are to require to equip some armaments like Beam Saber, Gaunlet, Axe , Spear and some option weapon or nid to require shinki type.
